Career summary
Campbell is a Managing Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He is also the Dallas Office Co-Head. Campbell joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has contributed to the permanent, construction, mezzanine and joint venture equity financing of multi-housing, retail, office, industrial, hotel, seniors housing and self-storage assets across the United States. Since 2012, he has assisted in the origination of more than $6.3 billion in commercial real estate debt, including $3.7 billion in multi-housing transactions.
As a transaction professional for one of the largest and most successful commercial real estate capital intermediaries in the country, Campbell incorporates capital markets knowledge with local real estate expertise to successfully capitalize all types of real estate transactions, regardless of size or complexity. He consistently maintains capital markets relationships critical to accomplishing clients’ specific needs in today’s highly complex and rapidly shifting capital markets environment.
Campbell attended The University of Texas at Austin, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration. He is active in North Texas’s The Real Estate Council (TREC) and the University of Texas Real Estate Finance and Investment Center.
