He demonstrates his expertise in the field through his ability to arrange and assist in sophisticated methods of relocation and occupancy cost reduction strategies. With a reputation built on client service and cultivating exclusive, long-term client relationships.
Calum joined JLL NYC in 2015 and relocated to JLL Denver in February 2020. In the last year alone, he has been involved in noteable transactions such as; Celonis’ 35,000 SF relocation to the iconic 1 World Trade Center, NY as well as Himatsingka’s 30,000 SF renewal/restructure at 261 Fifth Avenue, NY. Most recently, he secured a 12,000 SF home for the fast growing fintech company QuadPay at 27 West 24th Street, NY.
Additionally, Calum is currently one of the key JLL representative’s advising a confidential fintech unicorn on their global real estate strategy.
Originally from Scotland, Calum attended The Royal Agricultural University, England and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Property. Calum resides in Boulder, Colorado where he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons and is a keen golfer.
