Calum joined JLL NYC in 2015 and relocated to JLL Denver in February 2020. In the last year alone, he has been involved in noteable transactions such as; Celonis’ 35,000 SF relocation to the iconic 1 World Trade Center, NY as well as Himatsingka’s 30,000 SF renewal/restructure at 261 Fifth Avenue, NY. Most recently, he secured a 12,000 SF home for the fast growing fintech company QuadPay at 27 West 24th Street, NY.
Additionally, Calum is currently one of the key JLL representative’s advising a confidential fintech unicorn on their global real estate strategy.
Originally from Scotland, Calum attended The Royal Agricultural University, England and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Property. Calum resides in Boulder, Colorado where he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons and is a keen golfer.
