Current Responsibilities
Caleb is part of the Dallas/Fort Worth Industrial Brokerage and Investment Sales team. As a member, Caleb is responsible for new business development, multi-location client oversight, lease and sale negotiations, investment sales, sale-leasebacks, strategic marketing initiatives, and financial analysis and underwriting. Focusing his efforts primarily in the Dallas/ Fort Worth metro area, Caleb has built an extensive network of owners, occupiers, and investors in addition to developing a unique understanding of market trends and volatility. In order to best serve his clients’ interests, Caleb spends much of his time taking a proactive approach out in the market to keep his clients informed and up to date on recent market movement. This allows his clients to make well educated and informed decisions that best serve their real estate, supply chain, logistical, manufacturing, and distribution needs in one of the most competitive industrial sectors in the nation.
Experience
Prior to this role at JLL Dallas, Caleb worked in commercial brokerage in Austin, Texas and has been a licensed professional since 2013.
Education and Affiliations
Caleb received his Bachelor in Business Administration from McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas - Austin, with concentrations in real estate finance and marketing. He is a licensed salesperson with the Texas Real Estate Commission, an active member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), representing the most knowledgeable, experienced and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists.
Volunteering Experience: American Red Cross, Bachman Lake Together Family Center, North Texas Food Bank.
