Managing Director

Current Responsibilities:

Caitlyn Kinnaird is a Managing Director at JLL providing tenant representation services to primarily global and domestic portfolio clients. A Raleigh native, Caitlyn delivers a consultative approach to customers by combining local market intelligence with a keen understanding of the unique goals of corporate occupiers. Her range of expertise enables her to effectively assist her clients to establish, renew, relocate or dispose of office, lab, medical or warehouse space.

Experience:

Caitlyn has eleven years of experience in N.C.’s commercial real estate market, the full tenure of which has been at JLL. Prior to becoming a Managing Director, she served in a business development capacity, identifying new opportunities for the brokerage team, strategically leading and delivering pitches and maintaining all local media relations. After joining the brokerage team in 2014, Caitlyn served as the single point of contact and transaction manager for clients within the JLL network looking to launch or further develop an operation in the greater Raleigh-Durham area. In a twenty-four month period, she was involved in over 75 transactions for the firm’s key clients. Since moving to a producer role four years ago, she’s handled on average 85 deals per year and co-led a headquarters consolidation and relocation for a Fortune 300 company.

Caitlyn graduated from the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor of arts degree in Public Relations and a second major in Political Science. She’s volunteered on the Communications Board for the Raleigh Chamber and is a gradudate of the Leadership Raleigh program. She’s also assisted in planning both the Rex Healthcare Foundation’s 30th annual gala and the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Triangle’s 20th anniversary Big Night Ball by soliciting donations for their respective silent auctions. Outside of the office, she spends much of her free time travelling to Australia to visit family and running around after her daughter, who turns one this summer.
