As a Vice President in JLL’s Raleigh office, Caitlyn provides tenant representation services to both portfolio and local clients. Caitlyn’s role on the brokerage team is integral, as she is the single point of contact and transaction manager for out-of-market businesses looking to establish or further enhance an operation in the greater Triangle area.
Combining local market knowledge with a deep understanding of the needs of corporate occupiers, Caitlyn provides a strategic advisory approach to clients that need to establish, renew, relocate or dispose of office or warehouse space.
Caitlyn has four years of experience in the Raleigh-Durham market. During her tenure at JLL, she has served as a Senior Brokerage Assistant, responsible for support and coordination relating to the brokerage team.
Caitlyn then moved into a business development capacity with the firm, identifying new business opportunities for the brokerage team, strategically leading and delivering potential client pitches and maintaining all media relations for the Raleigh-Durham market of JLL.
Since coming on board in a full-time brokerage role, Caitlyn has been tasked with leading all inbound business initiatives through JLL and partnering with the local team on developing client relationships.
Education and affiliations
Caitlyn graduated from the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and a second major in Political Science.
