Current Responsibilities
In her role as Gulf South Market Lead, Buff Teague oversees all brokerage operations in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and the Florida Panhandle. Buff focuses on delivering strategic, innovative real estate solutions that produce superior results and create exceptional value for JLL’s clients. Buff has extensive local market knowledge as well as strong relationships with retailers and landlords built over many years of deal making.
Experience
An industry veteran, Buff has tremendous experience in tenant representation, with everything from regional roll-outs of major chains, to one-off specialty assignments. Additionally, she and her team handle agency leasing, disposition, and land brokerage for clients throughout the Gulf South Market.
Education and Affiliations
Buff received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, CREW, the JLL Women’s Business Network and a Cabinet Member for ACRE. She is locally active in her church, St. Ignatius Parish, the Mobile Chamber of Commerce, The Village of Springhill and the Catholic Youth Organization of Mobile, where she has coached basketball for 12 years.
