As a Senior Director on the Phoenix Multifamily Investment Properties with Brian Smuckler and Jeff Seaman, he supports the team in the marketing and sales of multifamily properties. He develops and manages new and existing client relationships, as well as provides clients with a thorough economic analysis to support them through the acquisition of disposition process.
The team has completed over 700 transactions with combined consideration totaling over $3.5 billion, alongside a 97% sold price to list price ratio. With the largest on-market inventory and deepest investor pool, their results are unmatched. In 2021 and 2022 the team closed 110 transactions with over $970M in total consideration and 25% market-share.
