Current responsibilities:
Bryant exclusively advises users of office space including Fortune 500 corporations, as well as international, national, regional and local companies in the oil & gas, financial, professional services, healthcare, technology, nonprofit and legal industries. Moreover, he apprises clients on lease vs. own strategies concerning a single location or entire portfolio. Bryant specializes in delivering client-focused solutions that align business strategies, corporate culture and financial objectives
Experiences:
Bryant has spent over 9 years in office tenant representation, helping companies create and implement real estate strategies. He joined JLL in June 2018 and has worked on over 2M SF of transactions during his tenure.
Prior to joining JLL, Bryant served as an Assistant Director at Savills, where he completed more than 1.5 million SF of tenant representation transactions. He was recognized as one of the top junior brokers nationally, participated in the Savills Academy and received the 2017 NAIOP Office Rising Star Award.
Bryant has represented a broad range of clients including Koch, New York Life, Trafigura, Skadden, TWFG Insurance, Bureau Veritas, Brock, and the Australian Consulate.
