Current Responsibilities
Bryan A. Cuninngham is a Senior Vice President of JLL’s Southwest Retail Team specializing in suburban agency leasing, tenant representation and investment sales throughout Southern California. His responsibilities include desiging and implementing leasing strategies and merchandizing plans for suburban shopping centers as well site selection, lease negotiations, underwriting, marketing and representing both buyers and sellers in investment sale transactions.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Bryan was a Senior Vice President at Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate where he was consistently recognized as a top producer. Bryan also served as a Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Advisors, where he oversaw over 6 million square feet of retail product in San Diego, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
Education
Bryan graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
