Career Summary
As Senior Vice President of Midwest Healthcare, Bruce is responsible for increasing the firm's healthcare business throughout the Midwest. Bruce will support the efforts of other JLL brokers working with healthcare clients in the region. Bruce will continue to work with his healthcare clients throughout Indiana and is expanding his practice to include Biosciences.
Bruce previously worked for Duke Realty's Healthcare Division and Bremner Healthcare Real Estate where he was a Vice President accountable for a team of agents handling a portfolio of over 2.5 million square feet of medical use space. With over 24 years of commercial real estate experience, Bruce has become expert in helping healthcare systems successfully expand their services to growth markets, working with physicians and handling the nuances associated with healthcare leasing. He has participated in more than 500 real estate transactions, 300 of which are healthcare, since beginning his career in 1989.
Community Involvement
Bruce serves as a Board member of the Fishers, Indiana Economic Development Council which supports economic growth in the area. He is also Director of the Board for the Weekday Ministries program at Geist Christian Church and a past board member of the Lawrence Township Education Foundation.
