Bruce Dodge is a Regional Director of the Tenant Representation division in Denver, Colorado. In this role, he assists his clients with strategic planning and overseeing transaction execution for their real estate portfolios.
Bruce has 33 years of experience in commercial real estate. He is responsible for more than 22 million square feet of commercial real estate leasing activity during his career.
Prior to joining JLL in the 2008 merger, Bruce was Executive Vice President and Managing Principal of The Staubach Company’s Front Range Division for the previous twelve years. As part of that role, he also had regional oversight for the Staubach Minneapolis brokerage operation.
Bruce received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Colorado.
Bruce is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS®. He is also a past Chairman of the Board of the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame. Over the past 10 years, this organization has provided over $3M in funding to 35 youth sports organizations in Colorado including Special Olympics, Boys & Girls Clubs and First Tee – to name a few.
