Current Responsibilities
Brooks Murphy is a Managing Director in the leasing group of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Boston office and leads the office’s tenant representation practice. With over twenty-eight years of experience, Brooks has focused and continues to focus exclusively on helping companies lower their occupancy costs and mitigate their real estate risks. Brooks does not represent landlords. Over his career Brooks has helped many of Massachusetts’ and New Hampshire’s rapidly growing corporate and nonprofit entities to develop and implement real estate strategies while meeting each client’s individual needs. He has worked with a number of diverse local, national and international corporations in the areas of telecommunications, biotechnology, engineering, and software.
Experience
Prior to The Staubach Company’s merger with Jones Lang LaSalle, Brooks lead Staubach’s Boston office where in 2008 he won Staubach’s Champion of Excellence award. This award was given to the one individual out of the entire 1,400 person Staubach Company that most exemplified the company’s values of respect, trust and integrity – the company’s highest award.
