Current Responsibilities
Brooke Eyrich is part of JLL Charleston’s brokerage team. Her primary responsibilities include assisting clients with site selection, lease negotiations, acquisition and disposition services.
Experience
Brooke joined the JLL Charleston brokerage team in March 2018 prior to graduating from College of Charleston. During her first few years at JLL, she served as a Senior Brokerage Coordinator assisting the brokers in prospecting and marketing their listings.
Brooke is involved in the Charleston commercial real estate community by serving on the CREW programs committee board as well as being an active member of Charleston Young Brokers Network.
Education
Dual Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Hospitality and Tourism Management from College of Charleston.
