Current Responsibilities
Brooke Coleman is an Associate Project Manager in the Project and Development Services group in Louisville, KY. Her current responsibilities include tracking of construction budgets, schedules, change orders, reporting progress through the duration of a project and assisting with move management capabilities. Brooke helps coordinate project-specific issues and efforts to deliver the development in a timely and cost effective manner. Her background in design and experience working with local architects make her a knowledgeable consultant throughout each stage of a project.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Brooke was an architectural drafter at the University of Kentucky’s Office of Renovations. She also worked to build the school’s Campus Enterprise, an interactive map cataloging campus resources. Most recently, she was an Architectural Sales Manager for the US division of Fritz Kohl Veneer Mill, an FSC certified German supplier of world class wood veneer. Her range of experience in design, project management, and sales give her the understanding it takes to build a project from concept to completion.
Education and Affiliations
Brooke holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture with a concentration in Economics from the University of Kentucky. She was also an AIA Continuing Education provider from the years of 2015 to 2018. She is currently pursuing LEED Green Associate status.
