Brian F. Tucker is a Senior Managing Director with JLL's Agency Leasing team, specializing in the representation of major owners, investors, and institutions in the Washington, DC Metro region. Brian's vast prior experience in the development and institutional ownership sectors brings significant added value to his clients in positioning their projects.
Experience
Brian joined JLL in August 2016. Prior to joining JLL, Brian was Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, heading Northern Virginia Agency Leasing. Prior to that, he managed the Northern Virginia office of over 50 real estate professionals. Brian's previous experience included heading Mid-Atlantic Leasing for Beacon Property Company, then the largest public REIT in the US and he was a principal with The Evans Company, then one of the largest development companies in the DC metropolitan area. Brian has leased in excess of 20 million square feet and been involved in many of the largest and more complex leases in the metro area over his 30 year career including major transactions with: CSC, Boeing, SAIC, Booz Allen Hamilton, US Postal Service, The National Science Foundation, Harris Corp., PWC, Deloitte, E&Y, Capital One, WeWork, GSA, Wells Fargo, AOL, Sprint, Nextel, and American Bar Association. His law firm experience includes transactions with: Morgan, Lewis, Bockius; Pillsbury, Shaw, Pittman; Holland & Knight; Morrison Foerster; Littler Mendelson; McGuire Woods; Greenburg Traurig; Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher; and Baker & Hostetler, among others.
