Description
Brian is a Senior Managing Director in the Denver office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He is a member of the Corporate Capital Markets & Net Lease team, a national practice that helps real estate occupiers and net lease investors with asset monetization. Brian’s responsibilities include business development, asset and credit underwriting, transaction structuring, and equity placement. Brian has extensive experience in helping corporate occupiers evaluate and execute on a range of real estate monetization alternatives. Brian brings over 19 years of real estate experience (last 14 years at JLL) serving corporations, private equity sponsors, institutional investors, and developer clients. Since 2005, he has been involved in the execution of transactions valued in excess of $10 billion, including industrial, office, retail and healthcare real estate.
