Current Responsibilities:
Brian is based in JLL’s San Diego office and specializes in Landlord/Agency representation. He has completed over 800 sale and lease transactions valued in excess of $1 billion. Representing some of the most prolific shopping center owners in the country, Brian has completed transactions wth Wal-Mart, Albertson’s, Ralphs, CVS, Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls, Kohl’s and other national retailers. He has also completed numerous investment sales, land sales and provides development consulting services over a 30+ year career.

Brian joined JLL in 2022 following nearly 31 years at Flocke & Avoyer, a San Diego based brokerage company
