Current Responsibilities
Brian has been practicing real estate since 2000 and currently serves as Managing Director within Boston’s Tenant Representation leasing group. Brian is responsible for the generation and successful management of a number of technology, life sciences, R&D and manufacturing clients on a local, national and international level.
Experience
•Cabot Corporation: Since 2006, Brian has supported Cabot Corporation on requirements ranging from dispositions in Europe and Asia to facility expansions in the US.
•Entegris: Brian has assisted Entegris in multiple assignments throughout the US and Asia including an HQ renewal and acquisition of a building for a Nanotech R&D and Manufacturing Center.
•Insulet Corporation: Brian has assisted Insulet with it’s headquarters acquisition and other facilities needs around the world.
•Juniper Networks: Has represented Juniper in a 225,000 SF renewal in Westford, MA and a 40,000 SF consolidation in Cambridge, MA
•ENEL: Brian has assisted this multi-billion dollar renewable energy company in numerous transactions throughout the US including its North American Headquarters relocation.
•Albany Molecular Research: Brian has assisted AMRI to accommodate its growing business and facilities needs.
Brian has also worked with such notable organizations as SBLI, Sanofi-Aventis, RISO, ENDO, CSA Medical, EMC Chemicals, Tropicana, Lightower Fiber Networks, and Raytheon.
