Current Responsibilities:

Brian is responsible for commercial real estate advisory and brokerage services within JLL's Tenant Representation practice. Brian brings an emphasis on maximizing business results for his clients by employing a full-service, process-driven approach that leads with strategy and ends in skilled implementation. His methods produce transparency for all project stakeholders, maximum leverage in the marketplace and consistency across all engagements. Partnering with some of the best and brightest in the industry, Brian always organizes the best team of experts to exceed expectations for his clients.

Experience:

Over his fifteen-year career, Brian has worked with numerous clients across all industries, helping them achieve their real estate goals. In 2021, Brian was awarded the JLL Extra Mile Award for his continuous efforts to advance DEI initiatives at the company. In 2018, He was awarded the NAIOP Broker Transaction of the Year, as voted on by his peers for his work with Walgreens’ HQ relocation to Old Main Post Office. In 2015, He was awarded the JLL Young Gun of the Year award for early achievement and halo impact to the organization. Having worked on client engagements both domestically and internationally, he is prepared to ensure his value-add skill set travels where client needs necessitate. Before joining JLL in 2011, Brian was part of the Grubb & Ellis downtown Tenant Representation practice and National Tenant Advisory Group.

Education and Affiliations:

B.S. Double Major in finance - real estate and business legal studies | Indiana University, Kelley School of Business. Brian is a co-chair and founder of JLL Chicago’s Anti-Racism Alliance focused on increasing diversity, building inclusive culture, and supporting underinvested communities in Chicago. He also sits on the steering committee with Greater Chicago Food Depository’s Commercial Real Estate Awards, specializing on fundraising and sponsorship development to help end hunger in his community.
