Current Responsibilities
Brian Flaherty joined JLL’s Boston office in March of 2016. He is a member of JLL’s Downtown Leasing team, focusing on representing both tenants and landlords in the Boston, Cambridge, and inner-urban office markets.
Experience
Brian joined JLL from Colliers International, where he worked with office and lab occupiers and investors in the Cambridge and inner-urban real estate markets. His knowledge of multiple markets and industry sectors, along with his attention to detail, is a significant benefit to his clients. Brian’s tenant-representation experience is widespread, ranging from young growing technology and life-science startups to corporate occupiers of space.
