Brian is a Senior Managing Director within the JLL Capital Markets, Americas, focusing on capital markets activities throughout the Southeast and Mid Atlantic. Brian has over 30 years of experiences and specializes in investment sales, debt and equity loan originations, acquisitions, recapitalizations, debt restructuring, modification and extensions.
Prior to joining JLL, Brian held a position as the Mid-Atlantic market leader in Washington, DC for Cushman & Wakefield. In this role, he oversaw the operations for office brokerage, retail services, industrial, capital markets, corporate occupier and investor services, Value and risk advisory. He aligned strategic plans across market and business leaders and was responsible for the region's profitability.
Brian started his career in 1986 as a leasing broker at Spaulding & Slye Colliers where he later co-founded the Capital Markets practice in 1997. He has completed in excess of $30B in capital transactions.
