Brian Connolly is a Managing Director with JLL and leads the Charleston, SC Agency Leasing team, focused solely on representing the interests of building owners. Brian specializes in providing clients with strategic planning, due diligence as well as acquisition and disposition underwriting assistance.
Experience
Prior to Brian relocating to Charleston, SC in 2019, Brian was a senior member of a 14 person team at JLL Northern Virginia office which services a 24 million square foot portfolio consisting of new construction, existing Trophy, Class A & Class B properties as well as office portfolio assignments. In the past 20 years he has participated in more than $1 billion of leasing transactions involving more than four million square feet in over 1,000 transactions. Brian has been associated with some of the regions highest profile and trophy office building developments in Charleston, SC as well as the metro DC area.
