Mr. Beckman is a Senior Project Manager for JLL’s Project and Development Services team in Cincinnati, Ohio. His responsibilities include management of the day-to-day activities between the Client, Architect, Contractor and Landlord to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the design, budget and schedule requirements of each client.
Mr. Beckman is a driven project management professional with proven ability to plan, execute and complete complex construction projects for clients throughout various industries. With 12+ years in the industry, he has significant experience in field management, cost management and owner representation.
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Beckman was an Operations Project Manager at Jacobs (previously CH2M Hill). In this role, he led multifunctional teams to deliver multi-million dollar construction projects on behalf of GE Aviation, including SPO Lab Renovations for Phases 1 – 5, as well as the Evendale Campus North Utility Plant. These projects helped Mr. Beckman become proficient in owner-agent representation, document and quality control, cost change management, subcontract management, as well as pre-construction planning services.
Mr. Beckman also served as an Operations Project Engineer at Messer Construction where he delivered multi-million dollar construction projects within budget and schedule parameteres. In this role, he worked directly with owner representatives to identify key projects needs and and expectations regarding project cost, safety and schedule.
Mr. Beckman holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.
