​Current responsibilities:

Brent is the Market Lead and Managing Director of the Minneapolis I St. Paul office. He is responsible for the leasing and marketing for some of Minneapolis’ most iconic and innovative office buildings, representing office clients in strategy and site selection, as well as supporting JLL’s Capital Markets division. Since 2019, Brent has led the growth and development of the JLL Minneapolis office.

Brent’s creativity and innovative marketing approach sets him apart from his peers. His clients value his energy, market knowledge and thoughtfulness which has led to a successful track record of repositioning buildings, improving occupancy, and creating value for his owners and clients.

He co-leads the JLL Agency Leasing team, which is a team of 7 brokers responsible for more than 15 million rentable square feet in the Minneapolis market. On average, Brent and his team complete over 100 transactions annually. Current leasing projects include, the iconic IDS Center, Towers of West End, KBS’s stunning 60 South Sixth, the , PwC Plaza, and 701 Carlson Tower. More recently, he has led the successful marketing efforts of Minneapolis’ newest developments in RBC Gateway, T3, and North Loop Green.

Prior to JLL, Brent spent eight years with United Properties/NorthMarq in their brokerage division.

  • Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from School of Journalism at University of Missouri
