Brent is a Managing Director on the Agency Leasing Team in Minneapolis I St. Paul. As a senior member of the largest Agency Team in the Minneapolis/St Paul market, Brent is directly responsible for the strategic oversight of several high profile projects for a variety of owner types ranging from institutional to entrepreneurial. Through hard work, dedication, and best-in-class marketing, Brent’s building portfolio achieves superior occupancy rates market economic terms. Brent’s attention to detail and high ethical standards consistently win him the praise of his clients.
Experience
Prior to JLL, Karkula was Senior Vice President at CBRE, with over 20 years of experience leasing office buildings in the Twin Cities’ suburban market. Brent has extensive experience marketing trophy Class A properties, new construction and value-add opportunities. Brent and his team have completed over three million square feet of transactions over the past five years in Minneapolis.
