Experience
Brent began his real estate career in 1989 with the Trammell Crow Company in Bellevue. During his 13 year tenure, he represented multiple pension fund advisors and owners in the marketing and leasing of a 1.1M SF Eastside suburban office and high-tech portfolio. In addition to managing the Eastside brokerage group, Brent led development activity on the Eastside, including land acquisition, site planning, entitlement, construction management, marketing and leasing for four projects totaling 250,000 SF.
In 2002, Brent joined Schnitzer West and spent 7 years focused on mixed-use and industrial development projects. As a Senior Investment Manager, he was actively involved in site planning, design and entitlements for the 1.1M SF Class A office and luxury retail project, The Bravern in Bellevue. In addition, he was solely responsible for the ground-up development, construction and leasing of the 443,000 SF Valley Avenue Business Park in Puyallup, WA.
Overall, Brent has completed over 400 leasing and sales assignments totaling 3.8M SF, managed 200 tenant improvement projects with an aggregate value in excess of $23M and developed five projects totaling 692,000 SF at a total cost of $66M.
