Current responsibilities
Brent Dutson is a Senior Vice President to the JLL's Atlanta Office Representation Group. With more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Dutson provides strategic planning and real estate solutions to his clients by offering a comprehensive understanding of their overall corporate goal and objectives. His portfolio showcases multiple facets of commercial real estate, market conditions and helps him to create leverage on behalf of his clients' real estate objectives, as well as align them with their business strategies.
Experience
Mr. Dutson brings a unique perspective, having worked on the tenant and the ownership sides of commercial real estate, as well as in the industrial and the development sectors. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Dutson served as a vice president of CBRE's Tenant Representation Group and Transwestern Atlanta's industrial services team where he worked closely with distribution firms, manufactures, research and land and development companies. Mr. Dutson also has previous experience with the Flagship Group, an investment development and brokerage firm in Atlanta.
Mr. Dutson's most recent landmark transactions include representation of Materne North America, Blackmon Mooring, Rollins and Marathon Oil Speedway. Mr. Dutson resides in Buckhead with two daughters, Mackenzie (9) and Madison (7), and attends the Westside Church. He continues to connect with his community, serving on the following: part of the 691 Society (Eastlake Foundation), Chairman of Admissions for the Tour Championship, member of the Evergreen Society, member of the Breakfast Club, secretary of Investments Unlimited, LLC and has served in past as a member of the Shephard Spinal Center Cup Committee.
