Current responsibilities
Brendan Callahan leads JLL’s Integrated Portfolio Services practice group in New England with over 18 years if real estate experience. 

Brendan has represented clients in the technology, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, financial, telecom, healthcare, automotive and nonprofit sectors, completing all types of transactions in all major U.S. markets as well as many global markets.   Experience
Brendan's most recent real estate management duties include:

Dassault Systemes - primary point of contact in managing the delivery of real estate services for the 40 plus locations in North and South America of this world leader in 3D and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. 

Astra Zeneca - managing real estate delivery services for their New England portfolio of over 1 million s.f. of research, office, labratory and manufacturing space.

Charles River Laboratories - serves as real estate account manager for the integrated service delivery for 4 million-square-foot global portfolio.

IBM - primary contact for delivering real estate solutions for their New England portfolio of over 2 million s.f., including recent transactions in New England totaling over 400,000 s.f.

Before joining JLL, he was part of the development team at LCOR Inc, in New York, where he was a member of the team for the development of:
  • One million s.f. office building in Lower Manhattan for the FBI, IRS and EPA
  • 20-acre master plan development on the former Colgate-Palmolive manufacturing site on the Hudson River which realized over 10 million s.f.
  • $3.5 billion dollar privatization and renovation of the John F. Kennedy International Airport Arrivals Terminal in New York City
