Current Responsibilities

Brendan Callahan leads JLL’s Tenant Rep & Integrated Portfolio Services (“IPS”) practices in New England. With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Brendan is a Headquarters and Portfolio Strategy specialist with extensive experience leading transformational projects for executives and c-suites .  He has represented clients in the tech, biotech, pharma, financial services, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors, completing all types of real estate transactions in 49 US States and in over 20 countries.

Experience

Before joining JLL, Mr. Callahan was part of the development team at LCOR Inc, in New York, where he was a member of the team for the development of one-million-square-foot office building in Lower Manhattan for the FBI, IRS and EPA. As well as, 20-acre master plan development on the former Colgate-Palmolive manufacturing site on the Hudson River which realized over 10 million square feet. Mr. Callahan additionally was part of the multi-billion dollar privatization and renovation of the John F. Kennedy International Airport Arrivals Terminal in New York City.
