Career Summary
As an Associate Broker with JLL’s Orange County Industrial Properties Advisory Team, Brendan assists in the advisory and brokerage services to industrial property owners, investors, developers, and occupiers throughout Orange County and Jones Lang LaSalle’s global network. Brendan is a dedicated team member focusing on client outreach, business development, and the support of his Industrial Team’s operations. Brendan is committed to the exemplary service of his clients, ensuring that anything his client needs is dealt with professionally, efficiently, and effectively. He is motivated to develop long-lasting relationships with those he does business with as well as clients he interacts with through work with his established business partners Zach Niles, Steve Wagner, and Xavier Nolasco.
Education and Affiliations
Brendan received his BBA from The University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business and Minor in Real Estate at The Fitzgerald Institute for RealEstate. At Notre Dame, Brendan was heavily involved with the Fitzgerald Institute for Real Estate, becoming Vice President of its Real Estate Club and participating in Real Estate Case Competitions through the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation. He was also heavily involved in Notre Dame athletics, winning a Big 10 Hockey Championship with the Notre Dame Hockey Team.
Brendan was recently accepted into the AIR CRE > NEXT Class of 2022 Program, an exclusive one-year developmental program for up-and-coming brokers to assist them in becoming the next generation of leaders in the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
