Current Responsibilities
Brandon is a member of JLL Central Florida's Retail Advisory Services team based in Orlando. Brandon works with landlords to develop and execute tailored leasing strategies as well as creating a healthy tenant mix. He also works closely with tenants expanding throughout Central Florida and helps to identify and secure the
right locations for their business. Brandon's areas of expertise expand throughout Central Florida, with an emphasis on markets including Orlando, Melbourne, Sanford, and Port Orange.
Experience
Brandon came to JLL in May of 2018 as an intern while getting his Real Estate degree at the University of Central Florida. In April 2019, he was promoted to serve as the Retail Analyst. His responsibilities included an in-depth analysis of the Central Florida market, retail trends, property valuation, and business generation
for the JLL Retail team. Brandon's expertise and strong work ethic contribute to the success of various institutional Landlords and tenants while maintaining the cultural vision for JLL. As a result of his enthusiasm and hard work, Brandon was promoted to an Associate in early 2020, where he will continue to serve Landlords
and Tenants in correspondence with their vision for success.
Education and Affiliations
Brandon originally started his higher education in the fall of 2014 at Bethune Cookman University in Daytona Beach, Florida, where he played Division I baseball. After transferring to the University of Central Florida in his sophomore year, he decided to pursue an education in commercial real estate. Brandon graduated in
the Spring of 2019 with his Real Estate degree from the University of Central Florida. While attending UCF, Brandon received his ARGUS certification along with REFM I and REFM II certifications. Brandon is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC).
