Career summary
Brandon is a Senior Managing Director in the San Francisco office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL from Colliers in 2022 and co-leads JLL’s Northern California and Northern Nevada Multi-Housing Investment Advisory platform with partners Ryan Wagner and Matt Kroger, overseeing multi-housing asset sales within the region. Brandon has more than 16 years of experience in the sale of institutional multifamily assets and rent-controlled assets and portfolios. Throughout the course of his career, he has completed transactions totaling in excess of $1.6 billion and more than 5,500 units.
Brandon started his career at Marcus & Millichap in 2007 where he spent six years before joining Colliers in 2013 where he served as an Executive Vice President for nine years.
Brandon currently serves on the Board of Directors for Housing Industry Foundation (HIF), a non-profit focused on helping individuals and families remain in or return to stable housing through their various Homeless Prevention Programs.
