Prior to rejoining JLL as a Senior Associate, Brady cultivated a multifaceted career in commercial real estate.
Brady's journey began with JLL’s esteemed Ontario industrial team in 2018, where he gained invaluable experience in industrial and flex space markets. This foundational experience set the stage for his subsequent roles in the industry.
Transitioning to Colliers, Brady honed his expertise in the retail sector, adding another layer of specialization to his already diverse skill set. His proficiency in understanding the retail landscape allowed him to provide strategic insights and solutions for clients, enhancing their market presence and operational efficiency.
Demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit, Brady and his previous Colliers team ventured into founding their own firm, Rubicon, which focused on a niche yet crucial sector: banking and financial institutions. At Rubicon, he excelled in assisting banks and credit unions in securing prime real estate in emerging markets, all while also managing and optimizing their existing real estate portfolio. His strategic approach and keen understanding of the financial industry's unique requirements established Rubicon as a trusted partner in the sector.
Now, as a Senior Associate at JLL, Brady leverages his extensive background to manage portfolio accounts and office tenant representation. His comprehensive experience across different real estate sectors equips him with the skills to navigate complex client needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive success.
Brady graduated from Pepperdine University with a bachelor's degree. Outside of his professional life, he is passionate about hiking, wakeboarding, his dogs, and skiing.
