Brad is a native of South Florida and is actively involved in the real estate community with participation in the local chapters of ICSC, CCIM, ULI and NAIOP. Brad has been recognized with multiple Power Broker awards from CoStar Group and achieved the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member designation in 2017 upon successful completion of a graduate-level curriculum and presenting a portfolio of qualifying experience.
Current Responsibilities
As a key member of JLL’s South Florida retail advisory team, Brad’s extensive transactional experience allows him to represent a diverse portfolio of mixed use and retail properties owned by institutional, regional and local Landlords. Brad brings a wealth of experience with pre-leasing and leasing new construction projects assisting developers secure leases with national and regional tenants relocating and expanding throughout the market. Brad’s areas of expertise expands throughout South Florida, with an emphasis on Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Experience
Brad began his brokerage career in 2013 with Fort Lauderdale based Stiles Corporation before moving into his latest role with JLL in 2024. Mr. Dinneen’s vast knowledge of the local market allows him to utilize an intuitive approach to commercial real estate and provide unique foresight to clients for changing market trends.
