Current Responsibilities
As Managaing Director of the Southwest Property Management team, Bob is responsible for the overall performance, business development, client retention, operations, talent management, and the financial success of the Southwest portfolio at JLL. He currently oversees more than 27 million square feet of commercial office and industrial properties in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Phoenix, and Las Vegas.
Experience
Before coming to Jones Lang LaSalle, Bob was a Managing Director for Stream Realty where he oversaw more than 40 million square feet of commercial office, industrial, and retail property management. Prior to that, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Means Knaus Partners where he helped manage the firm's investment, leasing, and management services. He has also worked on property management and leasing for JMB Realty, Equity Office Properties, Beacon Capital Partners and the Koll Company.
