Current responsibilities
Blake Wynott serves as a Director on JLL’s Value & Risk Advisory Services team and is based in JLL’s Seattle, Washington office. In this role, he focuses on analyzing markets nationwide to provide clients with in-depth and accurate insights for various property types including multifamily housing, seniors housing, mixed-use developments, and for-sale residential developments. His analyses involve submarket delineation, analyses of supply and demand conditions, depth of demand by income qualification, absorption and demographic analyses, recommendation of optimal unit mixes, amenity packages, and pricing strategies, as well as the development of income and expense projections, construction costs, and cash flow analyses with corresponding IRR, NPV, and CoC returns.
Experience
Mr. Wynott joined JLL in July 2019 and is currently licensed as a Certified General Appraiser in the states of Texas and Washington. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Wynott interned with a retail brokerage company where he compiled market and property information for over 50,000 retail properties across the southwestern region of the country.
