Current Responsibilities:

Since joining JLL in 2018 as an Associate, Blake has been involved with numerous significant and complex assignments, progressing to Senior Vice President within the Dallas Office Tenant Representation group. Blake is focused on building long-term relationships with local, national and global companies by evaluating their real estate requirements and identifying the optimal real estate solutions. By applying his comprehensive market knowledge and expertise in transaction management, site selection and financial analysis to his clients’ business goals and real estate needs, he provides executable plans of action that deliver quantifiable results. 

Experience:

Prior to joining JLL, Blake was with YETI Coolers, where he held a variety of positions within the Human Resources department. Blake started as an Employment Coordinator, responsible for pre-boarding and onboarding all new hires, and was then promoted to Analyst. In this role, he created compensation packages, managed and maintained company benefits packages, and ensured the integrity of the firm’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Blake was then promoted to Compensation, Benefits and HRIS Administrator and was responsible for YETI’s compensation and benefit program design, delivery, communication and administration. Prior to his tenure at YETI, Blake was an Analyst Intern with Texas Realty Capital in Austin, Texas.

Education and Affiliations:

Blake attended The University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a Bachelor of Science and Business Foundations Certification from the McCombs School of Business. His community affiliations include Dallas Texas Exes and Union Gospel Mission in Dallas, where he serves on the Community Outreach Committee.
