Current responsibilities:
Blake Shanaphy’s an Vice President with the NJ retail brokerage team at JLL, bringing more than 25 years of investment sales and financial management experience to the table, offering JLL a diverse background in retail. Blake specializes in leasing and disposition assignments, plus site selection for ground up development projects. Blake’s past clients include Chipotle Mexican Grill, Kennedy’s Barber Club, Primrose Schools, Jersey Mike’s, Pinot’s Palette, Sherwin-Williams, Walgreens, 1 800 Got Junk, Ironstate, and Chase to name a few.
Blake and his wife Lauren reside in Morristown with their son Collin. Blake enjoys playing guitar, golf, and spending quality time with friends and family. Blake’s a proud member of the Randolph Athletic HOF committee and was inducted into the HOF Class of 2014 as member of the 1990 Rams Football Team.
Education and affiliations:
Blake studied business at Old Dominion University after earning his associates degree at CCM. He holds a real estate license in NJ and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres’ (ICSC).
