Current Responsibilities
Mr. Kaplan focuses on dual representation for the Landlord and Tenant side of the business. His Landlord work is retail development, redevelopment, mixed use ground floor retail, former restaurant spaces, outparcels, strategic planning and consulting services for owners, retailers and municipalities. Blake is actively leasing several major agency assignments and works closely with national, regional and local brands to provide quality placement.
Blake is one of the founding members of the National Food & Beverage team for JLL. Working closely with national, regional and local operators to facilitate national roll outs and their expansion into multi-markets.
Experience
His passion is curating development/redevelopments on the Landlord and Tenant side. Blake’s dedication to his client base allows him to deliver the utmost personalized service that results in long lasting professional relationships. Throughout the Southwest Region, his creativity to drive in unique concepts and inspire landlords & tenants is unparalleled. In the last seven years, Blake has completed retail sales & lease transactions with total consideration in excess of $400 million, totalling over 12 million square feet.
