Blaise Fletcher is an Executive Vice President and the market lead for JLL’s Wilmington, Delaware office. He specializes in landlord and tenant representation services and strategic planning for his clients throughout the state of Delaware.
Blaise has over nine years of real estate experience in the greater Philadelphia marketplace. His work experience includes land development, acquisitions, dispositions, and site selection.
He has facilitated over $300 million of real estate transactions which have spanned the major asset classes of retail, industrial, and office facilities. He has provided his services to a wide ranging client base including, Astra Zeneca, NCS Pearson, Corporate Office Properties Trust, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Keystone Property Group, MetLife, 21st Century Insurance, and Kellogg Brown and Root.
Blaise began his career in commercial real estate with the Staubach Company in 2007 and moved into JLL’s Philadelphia office post-merger. Prior to joining The Staubach Company, Blaise worked in land acquisition for the residential homebuilder Pulte Homes.
Blaise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and English Literature from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.
He is also a graduate of Archmere Academy in Claymont, Delaware. He is the broker of record for the JLL Delaware office and is also a licensed salesperson in Pennsylvania.
Blaise is a member of the Delaware Committee of 100 and the Delaware Commercial Industrial Realty Council (CIRC).
