Current Responsibilities:
Blaise Fletcher is a Managing Director with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in the greater Philadelphia region. He serves as the market lead for JLL’s Wilmington, Delaware office which includes oversight of a team of brokerage professionals. Blaise has vast knowledge of the Delaware market and has successfully negotiated high profile transactions on behalf of many of the State’s largest employers.
Throughout Blaise’s career in real estate, he has focused primarily on tenant representation projects throughout the Delaware Valley. His business has spanned the City of Philadelphia, the Western Philadelphia Suburbs, as well as Delaware; providing critical professional contacts throughout the tri-state region. His passion for delivering on real estate strategies drives cost savings, lease flexibility, and increased efficiencies for his clients.
Blaise began his career in commercial real estate with The Staubach Company in 2007 and moved into JLL’s Philadelphia office post-merger. Prior to joining Staubach, Blaise worked in land acquisition for the residential homebuilder, Pulte Homes Incorporated.
Professional and charitable affiliations:
Blaise is the Broker of Record for JLL’s Delaware office and is also a licensed salesperson in the state of Pennsylvania. His local affiliations include membership in The Committee of 100 and the Delaware Commercial Industrial Realty Council (CIRC).
Education:
Blaise holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and English Literature from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Archmere Academy in Claymont, Delaware.
