Current Responsibilities
Blair Stern is a Executive Vice President at JLL in Seattle specializing in tenant representation. His mission-driven focus and experience advocating on behalf of his clients has resulted in a long track record of structuring the most cost-efficient long and short term real estate solutions in a rapidly growing market.
Experience
Prior to JLL, Blair was with Washington Partners, a boutique tenant representation agency acquired by JLL in 2016. His diverse background in commercial construction, market research and finance gives him a wide range of experience to draw upon when faced with challenging office space requirements.
When he’s not negotiating on behalf of his clients, Blair enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with his wife, daughter, Lily, and son, Luca. His affiliations outside of the real estate sector include donating his time and resources to multiple non-profit organizations including serving as a Committee and Guild member of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
