Current Responsibilities
Bill specializes in crisis management, corporate financial planning, and lease and debt restructuring. He works with CEOs and CFOs of large retail, restaurant and other chains. A former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of an NYSE-traded company, Bill knows both the financial and real estate sides of the business.
Experience
Bill joined JLL as part of the firm’s acquisition of HMS, a recognized leader in lease and debt restructuring. The firm restructured nearly $12B in lease and debt liabilities for its clients. Bill negotiated the restructure or termination of leases and corporate loans as a senior executive in the industry.
