Current Responsibilities:
Bill is a Vice President, Integrated Portfolio Services, Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Broker for JLL Milwaukee. Bill has expertise working across multiple industries and disciplines to help manage and deliver real estate solutions that align strategically and tactically with clients’ business objectives. He represents a wide range of clients (local, national and international and nonprofit companies) by leveraging a global network of real estate experts. He provides clients with a competitive edge through capital efficiency, managing market exposure and value creation.
Experience:
Prior to joining JLL, Bill worked for JP Morgan Private Bank focused on family offices, private equity and foundations. Bill was founder of The Spaulding Group, a boutique financial firm, that advises privately held businesses and community banks on succession planning and M&A. He also co-developed a financial analytics bank software for the Fintech industry.
Education:
Bill received his bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from University of Cincinnati. In his personal life, Bill is a USA Hockey Certified Coach as well as a Certified Zamboni Driver.
