Bill currently serves as the brokerage leader for the Raleigh office of JLL.
He combines his institutional real estate knowledge with his previous experience in banking as an analyst and lender to advise firms on complex transactions, often those with unconventional financial and operational characteristics.
He has developed an especially strong client base in the technology sector, advising companies with capital intensive processes.
Years of experience
In his 15 years in corporate real estate, Bill has worked as both broker and landlord's agent. He held responsibility for leasing an office and industrial portfolio for the state’s largest regional REIT before helping establish a new office for a southeastern brokerage and development firm in Raleigh, NC.
Bill then joined a boutique tenant advisory firm which successively was merged into Jones Lang LaSalle. Bill has led portfolio assignments (domestic and international), spearheaded significant build-to-suits, served as development advisor, and held key roles in significant dispositions.

Bill continues to transact some of the largest leases in the Triangle and has been a top producer for the firm for the previous six years.
In 2007, he received special, internal honors for his professional achievements.
Bill received a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
In addition to serving as corporate advisor on lease portfolios, Bill has been actively engaged in the entrepreneurial community, working with the region’s prominent high-growth, venture-backed firms.
