Mr. Poffenberger currently is the Senior Managing Director, Brokerage of the Cincinnati office, responsible for overseeing sales strategy for the Cincinnati office and industrial. Mr. Poffenberger specializes in Office, Tenant Representation, 3rd Party Leasing, and managing multi-site Global and Domestic Accounts for his clients. Mr. Poffenberger also brings a wealth of experience in Office and Industrial Acquisitions and Dispositions.
Mr. Poffenberger currently has over 28 years of experience in real estate. Before joining JLL, Mr. Poffenberger was a Vice President for Cincinnati Capital Properties and was consistently one of Cincinnati’s top Office and Industrial Brokers. He has won NAIOP’s “Broker of the Year” and “Deal of the Year” several times during his tenure as one of Cincinnati’s Top Brokers. Prior to his 12 years at Cincinnati Capital Properties, Mr. Poffenberger was Senior Leasing and Development Representative at Duke Realty Corporation for 10 years in the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky markets and won numerous awards.
Mr. Poffenberger is a graduate from Indiana University's famed Kelley School of Business with a BS degree in Marketing and Advertising. He also is the only SIOR in Cincinnati that is qualified for both Office and Industrial transactions. Mr. Poffenberger has served on the Board of Directors for the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum, as well as the Board of Governor's for the Cincinnati Country Club. He is currently a member of the Queen City Club.
