Current responsibilities
As Executive Managing Director with JLL's New York Corporate Services Bill’s responsibilities include transaction management and business development both in New York and internationally with a focus on New York City, high growth/technology and financial tenant representative transactions.
With more than 20 years of financial industry and real estate experience Bill has represented a wide variety of clients with requirements ranging from corporate relocations to large international accounts.
Additionally, his involvement with several technology and telecommunications clients made him invaluable to his clients with significant technology infrastructure needs.
