Career Summary
Mr. Moylan is the Managing Director for JLL’s Retail Investment Sales business in the Mid-Atlantic Region. From 2006 to 2015, Bill oversaw more than $10 billion of transactions. Specializing in retail investment sales, he has sold over $7.5 billion of retail properties in his career. Bill has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years and has experience in construction, finance, development and asset management.
Prior to joining JLL, Bill spent 17 years at CBRE New England and was the co-head of the Capital Markets team. He was also a member of CBRE’s Institutional Group and the National Retail Investment Group.

Mr. Moylan holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Haven.
