Bill is the Managing Director for JLL’s Retail Investment Sales business in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Specializing in retail investment sales, Bill has sold over $11.0 billion of retail properties in his career. Mr. Moylan has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years and has experience in construction, finance, development and asset management.
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Moylan spent 17 years at CBRE New England and was the co-head of the Capital Markets team. During that time, Bill oversaw more than $10 billion of transactions. He was also a member of CBRE’s Institutional Group and the National Retail Investment Group.
