Bill serves as Senior Director in JLL's Minneapolis Office. He is responsible for providing clients with creative financing solutions through JLL's direct relationships with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA/HUD, Life Company correspondents, commercial banks, bridge, and CMBS lenders. Bill has been involved with the origination, underwriting, and closing of more than $2 Billion of debt and equity transactions across all property types.
Bill received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Finance from Creighton University. He is a member of the NAIOP Minnesota Developing Leaders Group, a licensed MN real estate professional, and an outdoor enthusiast.
