Bill has distinguished himself as a hard-working, results-driven commercial real estate professional with broad-based market knowledge. He has successfully represented both users and investors in lease and sale transactions of industrial, high-tech / R&D, and office properties. His daily responsibilities include consulting and strategy implementation, market research, site selection, negotiation, financial analysis, and lease or purchase contract review.
Bill brings a unique background to the negotiating table having successfully marketed several million square feet of properties for both private and institutional owners, run seven national corporate real estate portfolios and served as a commercial property manager. His past experience and knowledge allow him to effectively and creatively structure competitive/aggressive transactions.
Bill has been recognized as both a Top Achiever on multiple occasions as well as a Top Gun, the highest-level production honor within the company. He is a member of the Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions practice group and the Clean Technologies practice group.
Bill is a Certified Ambassador and Steering Committee member, within the Greater Phoenix Economic Council, and was most recently voted Ambassador of the Year. He is also a past Chairman of the Community Building Consortium committee and served a 1-year term on the GPEC Board of Directors.
