Bethany is an experienced commercial real estate professional who specializes in leasing office and life science properties and developing long-term landlord relationships. With a career that started in 2006, she has become proficient in ground-up developments, asset repositioning, and marketing and leasing office buildings. Bethany's expertise has brought her to JLL's Austin office in 2021 after a successful tenure at Aquila Commercial, where she served as Principal and consistently ranked as a top producer. Notably, she played a key role in spearheading wellness-focused property marketing campaigns for her properties, showing her ability to adapt to changing market trends.
Bethany holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Texas A&M University, graduating magna cum laude. Her accomplishments have been recognized by esteemed publications and organizations. She was named a Globe Street Southwest Woman of Influence and the #1 Heavy Hitter for Office Landlord Representation by the Austin Business Journal (ABJ) in 2015. In 2020, she was honored as a CoStar Power Broker and a finalist for ABJ's Profiles in Power. In 2024, Bethany was selected as an honoree for Bisnow's Austin Women Leading Real Estate award, solidifying her position as a senior-level executive shaping the commercial real estate industry.
Beyond her professional achievements, Bethany actively engages with industry associations. She has served on the board of the Commercial Brokers Association of Austin (CBA) and maintains involvement with the association. Additionally, she is a member of the Urban Land Institute of Austin (ULI). At JLL Austin, Bethany was promoted to Managing Director on the Agency Leasing team and is focused on establishing the life science team, showcasing her leadership skills and commitment to growth.

Outside of work, Bethany is happily married to her college sweetheart and enjoys spending time with her three children, Tate, Eli, and Claire.
