Ben Silver is based out of the JLL West Los Angeles office, specializing in landlord and tenant representation on the Westside of Los Angeles. Ben provides client’s with customized leasing and sales strategies and an attention to detail that enables a unique approach through the use of data, marketing, relationships, strategy and technology. Ben’s range of experience includes landlord, tenant, local market and sale advisory roles, with a primary focus on agency representation on the Westside and LA’s emerging creative office submarkets. He is well-versed in representing both institutional and private clients in a broad range of complex transactions.
