Current Responsibilities
Mr. Jordan is a Senior Vice President with JLL where he is responsible for providing brokerage services, acquisition and disposition advisory services, financial analysis, asset valuation and market research. Mr. Jordan supports the corporate real estate strategies for such diverse firms as Whataburger Restaurants and Rush Enterprises.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Jordan served as Director of Real Estate Finance at Travis Commercial Real Estate Services. JLL acquired Travis Commercial in July 2016. He previously was a Senior Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, supporting federal clients with their real estate requirements. Mr. Jordan was responsible for new business development opportunities, real estate due diligence, financial feasibility analysis, deal negotiation, and project management for public/private real estate projects. He began his real estate career as a Senior Analyst with Real Estate Research Corporation (Situs RERC) in Houston, where he was responsible for performing due diligence and analysis for the purposes of valuing and underwriting both existing and proposed real estate projects.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Jordan is a graduate of Texas A&M University, and holds a degree in Economics, as well as a Master of Real Estate (MRE) degree through the Mays Business School. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesman, and is also a member of the following organizations:
